This product is a polysiloxane containing methyl vinyl,use this silicone rubber vulcanized into the products with no-toxic,odorless,corrosion,aging resistance, excellent electical insulation,toughness,good elasticity,compression permanet deformation is small,good physical and mechanical proties.

 

Application

 

Methyl Vinyl Silicone Gum can be widely used in

various fields of silicone compounds including silicone rubber for molding and for extrusion etc.

 

1.for the basic compound molded products mix,such as making various silicone tube,sheet,plate,cushion,belt,and other miscellaneous pieces of .

 

2.medical and healty:use  for making some silicone rubber artificial device(e.g.pipe).

 

3.for the production of moble phone,computer keys,cable casing,high hats,insulators,high temperature resistant gasket,and other artificial device.

 

4.making the swimming cap and diving equipment.

 

5.together with the hydrogen silicone oil complexe for the production of making

 of addition silicone rubber and paper adhesive.

 

6.realease agent for rubber,plastic etc.

 

7.use as a waterproof jacket oil and shampoo matrix.

 

8.used in paint industry as a hammer agent.

 

useage and dosage:

This product is raw silicone rubber gum,  Before vulcanization own kneaded, and then using the general method for processing of rubber vulcanization molding under a certain temperature and pressure.

For the release agent,general prior to use gasoline diluted 10-20 times,and then painted to the mould surface.

For the jacket and shampoo will generally be emulsified into emulsion,then 2%--10% on system use.

As the hammer agent for coating according to the hammer in the system with 1%--5%.
