OEM / ODM Service

There are LED lights that have separate modes, and so you can use one mode for the veg stage and a different mode for the bloom stage. These types of lights give you more control over the spectrum.
The other advantage of having separate modes for your lights is that plants don't need as much light during the vegging stage as they do during flowering.
Plants need even less during cloning. When you can dial back on the amount of light that you need, you use less power. Less power used means a lower electric bill.

While all of that sounds great, there is a downside. You will save in lower energy consumption and electric bills, but your overall growing cycle will be longer.

This happens because when you change the color spectrum mid-grow, the plants have to adjust to the shock of the change.

They will stall in the growth process from a few days to as long as two weeks. But you will still have to run the lights and make sure the plants get the nutrients they need.

You will still save money in the long run, but if shorter grow times are important to you, it will be important to consider this when deciding what type of lights to use.
