Silica Brick
Silica brick is a refractory product with silica as the main component and its content is above 93%. It is made of quartzite as raw material, with a small amount of mineralizing agent, and is fired at high temperature.
Product features of Silica acid resistance refractory brick
(1) high softening temperature under load.The coke oven silicon brick can bear the dynamic load of the coal car on the top of the oven at high temperature and can be used for a long time without deformation.
(2) high thermal conductivity.Coke is made from coking coal in the coking chamber by heating through the wall of the combustor.In the temperature range of coke oven combustion chamber, the thermal conductivity of silicon brick is higher than that of clay brick and high aluminum brick.The thermal conductivity of compact coke oven silicon brick can be increased by 10% ~ 20% compared with that of ordinary coke oven silicon brick.
(3) good thermal shock resistance at high temperature.The temperature of the silicon bricks on both sides of the combustion chamber wall changes dramatically due to the periodic coal loading and coke discharging of coke oven.Normal operating temperature fluctuation range does not cause serious crack and spalling, silica brick for above 600 ℃, coke oven silica brick has good thermal shock resistance;
