1. The electric spindle must be installed in the clamping position, otherwise the bearing will be damaged easily.
2. The spindle must be completely stopped to change the tool. The manual tool change button must not work when the spindle rotates, otherwise the spindle will be stuck.
3. The compressed air must be clean and dry with a filtration accuracy of 0.1 microns. The gas seal is always open. It is recommended to use secondary filtration with a filtration accuracy of 0.5 microns and 0.1 microns, and the air filter has a self-draining device.
