The turning center is equipped with continuous and effective linear roller guide rail and ball screw automatic lubrication, automatic chip removal and forced cooling, to ensure long-term uninterrupted work machine, spindle maximum speed of 4000r/min, fast moving speed X-axis 30m/min, Z-axis 30m/min, the tool changing time is only 0.31 s.
The machine is totally enclosed to avoid the leakage of iron filings and coolant. The self-diagnosis and warning of all kinds of limit protection coordination system can ensure the continuous work of the machine without stopping.
