1. Automatic feeding system

While most of the face mask machines manufacturer offer normal aluminum alloy moulds/die, we offer and suggest the factories to choose aircraft grade aluminum moulds/die, because compared with the shortcoming of normal aluminum alloy mould/dies: easy oxidation, easy blowout, not suitable for long time use on operation, short using life, the advantage of aircraft grade aluminum moulds/dies are very evident:

A. Toughness, suitable for long hair vibration;
B. Better thermal conductivity and ultra-sonic transferring guaranteed the product of welding and cutting effect more beautiful;
C. Strong hardness, durable from craze, deformation and rust;
D. Although the costs will be higher than normal aluminum moulds, but considering from the production benefits, it still is much better choice.
2. Imported ultrasonic transducer, frequency is 20 KHz as the international standards; the output power will be more strong and steady. Two sets of ultrasonic system, which will ensure the welding effect of the finished masks.
