1. How can I get a sample?
We can offer free existing private adhesive sticker samples, for customized samples, will charge mold fee based on customers specification mold fee will not return once order confirmed. Samples production takes 7-10 working days. Freight by consignee.
2. What is the process of an order?
Artwork or design drawing→Making brass mold→ Making steel mold→ Mold test→ Making samples→Test mass production→ Quality test→ Packing.
3. How to pay for the order?
We accept T/T and Western Union, 30% for advance and 70% before shipment. When amount less than $500 and pls pay 100% before production.
4. What is the shipping method?
We have a good cooperation with DHL,UPS,FedEx,all goods will be shipped by air. Usually cost about 3-4 working days
