Product Description:
This Two Stage Single Screw Granulating Recycling Line is used for clean PP, LDPE scraps/flakes/diced form, NOT for film type. This plastic granulator line is composed of deironing/iron-removed conveyor belt, special designed single screw granulators, water tank, dehydrate blower, pelletizer, vibration sieve, air feeding blower, and storage tank.

The production line can be customized according to the quality of the raw material and special needs of the customer.











1.The raw material is sent to the force feeder through the deironing conveyor belt.
2.Then it is fed into the single screw granulator. The plastic scraps are heated and extruded to strips/noodle-shaped.
3. Cool-downed underwater through the water tank.
4. Dehydrated by blowers.
5. Cut into pellet by pelletizer.
6.Screened by vibration sieve.
7.Transported to storage tank by air feeding blower.

Deironing Conveyor Belt:
Transport raw materials to the granulator. This machine is special designed to remove irons that are mixed within raw materials.
This machine can also avoid manual feeding in order to reduce labor intensity, cost savings and to improve work efficiency.


Granulator/Extruder:
This two-stage granulator using two extruders to pass the material through a secondary filtration, which makes the final particles cleaner and improves its quality.
The screen changer of Stage 1 granulator is 20-mesh no screen changing scraper type, which is time-saving and has long service life(about 6 months). Hydraulic screen changer is installed on the die-head of the granulator to effectively remove the impurities in the material.




With natural exhaust and vacuum system, it can remove water inside the material effectively. This machine uses ceramic heating ring, which is durable and easy to maintain.

Compactor cutter can effectively dry materials, high-speed forced feed into the screw after the material reaches a certain temperature, improve the output and reduce the heating of the screw to the plastic, accelerate the plasticization process, save energy effectively.

The special design of the granulator head part can effectively remove the hidden moisture inside the material and improve the granulation quality. Different quality of the finished product can be produced through different mesh filters. Stainless steel 304 net can be an alternate option, which doesn’t need to be changed frequently.



Water Tank + Supporting bracket with rack and blowers:
Water tank is mainly used to cool down the plastic strips and to maintain its shape. The blowers are used to dehydrate.





Pelletizer:
The pelletizer/cutting machine is made of stainless steel. It has frequency control of motor speed.


Vibration Sieve:


This machine sorts out unqualified products, makes particle size uniform and good looking. The Vibration Sieve has three different sizes of mesh, which can divide particles into three sizes in the same time. This is time-saving and cos-saving.


Air Feeding Blower + Storage Hopper/Tank:


The air feeding blower is high efficient, which ensures high speed feeding, improves work efficiency.
There are two layers of sound insulation materials on the inside of the storage hopper, which reduces noise level effectively. The storage hopper’s capacity is 500 kg, which is suitable for general situations.


Filter Cleaner:


This filter cleaner has two components, vacuum heating furnace and high pressure cleaning pump. This cleaner is used to clean the filter screen, which allows the filter screen to be used up to three times. This special design is cost saving.
