Machine Features
1. We adopt PLC ,Servo motot,frequency conversion motor to realize full automatic control;
2. Two kinds of seamer ,spiral type and vacuum suck type for lid separating.Detection device ensures good lid separating;
3. There are detecting and protecting devices for right position movements ,can stuck and every function;
4. Height can be adjusted automatically by PLC,automatic terminal detection,it makes mould, changing easy and fast.
5. The electronic component: SCHNEIER/ OMRON
6. Some of molds select the high alloy steel(Cr12MOV) and quenching(60-62HRC)
