1T cosmetic product and homogenizer mixer type liquid mixing tank with agitator machine for making liquid soaps
1.The Mixing system adopts single-direction or double-direction scraping Mixing so as to satisfy product of different technological requirements.
2. Siemens/ABB inverter speed regulation can meet the production of different process requirements.
3. Made of imported SUS304 or SUS306L stainless steel.The tank body and pipeline are polished with mirror surface, which fully meets the GMP standard.
4. The heating method mainly include electric or steam heating for customer's choice.
5. The stainless steel electric control cabinet can completely supervise the operation of equipment, and display data, such temperature and blending rotation speed etc.
6.The tank body is equipped with a jacketed insulation layer, and the insulation material is made of polyurethane foam, which has good insulation performance
