1.Doritos /Crispy Chips /Sala /Bugles Production Line Introduction
The process line uses double screw extruding technique to replace the traditional steam boiling process. It includes mixing,cooking,extruding and shaping process, no needing boiler, with simple process, high efficiency and little pollution. The raw materials can be rice powder, corn powder, wheat flour individually or their mixture. Only by changing the moulds, shaping or cutting machine, the shapes can be various, like sticks, square sheet rib chips, diamond chips, wavy chips, pillow shapes and bugles etc. the taste is good and also without greasiness.
2. Doritos /Crispy Chips /Sala /Bugles Production Line Working Process and the Device Configuration
1. Flour Mixer: mixing various flour material evenly;
2. Screw Conveyor: transfer the mixed flour to double screw extruder by uniform speed;
3. Twin Srew Extruder: to extrude and cook the raw material and form the tube shape;
4. Pulling and Cutting Macghine: cutting the tube into different length;
5. Automatic Fryer: frying sala into crispy ones in high temperature oil automatically and cooling it;
6. Eight Square Seasoning Machine: spraying seasoning powder on the sala so as to makes it tasteful.
