Ceramic rubber composite wear liner

Rubber backed ceramic wear liner is a combination of high alumina ceramic or ZTA ceramics, rubber and steel backing plate. The high alumina ceramic tiles are vulcanized in rubber matrix. Steel backing plate with studs is easy for installation. Also ceramic rubber liner without steel backing plate, but with cn bonding layer is also available.

ZTA or high alumina ceramics have excellent abrasion resistance.

Applications of ceramic wear liner

Ceramic wear liners offer excellent abrasion resistance, are ideal solutions for areas suffering severe wear and impact.

92% or 95% high alumina ceramic tiles or ZTA ceramic tiles exhibit excellent wear resistance.

1. We have a rubber / PU laboratory and a ceramic laboratory to test and analyze the properties of rubber and ceramic elements, the bonding strength, etc.

2. Special rubber compound delivers good wear resistance, high tensile strength and elongation at break. Such properties help absorbing the impact energy as well as holding the ceramic tiles tightly.
