Description:
This machine is to cut the crease the corrugated paperboard, it is manual feeding, the blades and scorer is adjusted manually,
but we can make it electric adjusted. Standard model is 4 slitter 6 scorer and 5 slitter 8 scorer, but we can make as you
requested. This machine is simple and easy to use.
Main features:
1. The side baffle is adjusted by screw, easy to operate.
2. The whole machine adopts thin blade wheel, overcome the shortcoming of rough edges and squashed, th dividing paperboard is neat
and no raw edge, the quality of paperboard quality is improved.
3. Grinding include manual type and automatic type, it could grind during manufacturing, make sure sharp of the blade and improve
efficiency. Thin edge blade is 1mm with grinding wheel.
4. This machine has automatic sharpening system, each blade has independent control of the sharpening switch. In order to extend
the blade using life, you can adjust the sharpening interval time according to the production quantity.
