DISPERSANT 2800 is a kind of macromolecular dispersant with good versatility. It is widely used in solvent based baking paint systems and has excellent grinding and dispersion effects on carbon black and organic pigments; It is also recommended to disperse organic pigment and carbon black in polyurethane composite ink and UV ink.

Use:

1. Dispersing and grinding carbon black and organic pigments in Various oily amino baking paint systems;

2. Dispersing and grinding carbon black and organic pigment in industrial paint, plastic paint and other systems;

3. Dispersing organic pigment and carbon black in UV ink and polyurethane composite ink system.

 

Dosage:

Pigment wt % of active content

Organic Pigment 5-10%

High Surface Area Carbon Black 40-80%

High Surface Area Carbon Black 5-15%

 

Order of addition:

Mix DISPERSANT 2800 into millbase.

Add synergist if required. Stir evenly.

Add pigments while stirring. And disperse in the usual routine.

 

Package:25kg,200kg blue new plastic drum
