The filling machine is fully automatic,including pouch feeding, vacuuming, filling, vacuum liquid suction,lifter for cap loading, cap adjustment by vibrating plate, cap feeding by capping slot, cap pressing, cap screwing, and product output. It can be added some functions according to customer's requirements,such as code printing, air purifier, CIP cleaning system, pouch mouth cleaning, SIP cleaning  for whole machine, air filling , vacuum, nitrogen gas filling, and centralized liquid discharge for suction liquid.

• Filling structure carry out air filling, vacuuming,filling and vacuum liquid suction,the order of these actions can be freely changed.


• Capping structure adopts high-end permanent magnet capping head,the capping torque of each head can be adjusted.


• The hopper is equipped with a defoaming valve, liquid feeds along the wall of the hopper to avoid the capacity error caused by air bubbles.


• With cap pressing function, the cap align and position to prevents the cap from being damaged.


• The liquid level adopts tuning fork and RF admittance level meter to avoid liquid level error due to air bubbles.

 

 

 This filling machine is suitable for the filling and capping of stand-up pouches which are easy to bubble and with large capacity, such as laundry detergent, disinfectant, antifreeze fluid, etc.
