Firstly confirm on the suitable retort type based on different products
1, It's recommended to use the steam type retort(without heat exchanger) for tin can products, because the machine with this specifications is the most economical but get the same sterilization result than other more expensive models;
2, It's recommended to use the steam retort with heat exchanger type model for glass jar or bottles products, because the glass container is easy to be broken down if the temp changing happened in a short time.
The model with heat exchanger can do the cooling process after finished sterilization softly to protect the glass container in safe;
3, We recommend to choose the water spray type retort for the pouches products, because the pouches are stacking very tightly in the basket, it cause there is very less space between each pouches;
If choose the steam type retort, the steam will get very hard to heating the middle of the pouches in the basket;
The water spray type retort will immerse all pouches with hot water to make sure all pouches get well sterilized;
