Surface quality: the surface roughness RA value of two end faces shall not be greater than 3.2um (subject to the requirements of ultrasonic inspection), the surface roughness RA of the inner and outer sides shall not be greater than 12.5um (when ultrasonic flaw detection is required for the outer circumference, the RA shall not be greater than 32um), and the chamfer radius shall be 5~15mm.
The product surface shall be free of cracks, folds, double skin and other visible defects. Local surface defects are allowed to be removed by grinding, and the cleaning depth shall not exceed its size tolerance, and the minimum allowable size shall be guaranteed. The ratio of cleaning depth to width shall be no more than 1:6 at both ends, and no more than 1:10 at the inner and outer sides. The outer side shall be grinded along the axial direction.
Surface finish: clean, dust-free, better acid resistance service life.
Testing: mechanical properties, chemical composition testing, ultrasonic testing.
