Main Feature:
* Feeding speed is controlled by stepless governor and stepless speed regulation. The work platform is lifted and lowered using a four-column lifting mechanism, with no shaking and little error.
* The front and back sand belts of this machine adopt photoelectric automatic control. The front sand roller adopts the adjustment mechanism, the eccentric shaft is driven by the cylinder, and can be raised without the sand roller working.
* Safety device: There is an emergency stop button (self-locking) on the control panel. Two photoelectric switches are installed on the left and right sides of the sand frame. The pressure relay operates when the pneumatic system pressure is insufficient; disc brakes are installed on the motor pulley to ensure the appearance of Stop brakes quickly in an emergency.
* Fault indicator lights are installed on the control panel. For example, if the air pressure is insufficient, the left and right control belts are out of control.
* Unique suction device, so that the vacuum effect is better.
