Q1: Where is your main market ?
A1: Our products mainly export to Europe, North America, Russian, Africa and Sounth Asia.
Q2: Do you sale stock products ?
A2: We normally produce products according to customer's orders, but we sale stock of some items as well.
Q3: Can I get samples ?
A3: Yes. We can send free swatches in A4,but express freight collect.
Q4: What the MOQ for bulk order ?
A4: The MOQ for piece dyed fabric is 1000Y per color, 2000Y per shipment. Stock is sold in batch, not in yards.
Q5: What the payment term of your company ?
A5: 1. LC at sight. 2. 30%deposit when we receive order, the balance will be T/T before shipment. 3. Credit 30 days to 90days for those who buy volume customers
Q6: How about the delivery time ?
A6: Our sample lead time usually takes 3 to 15 days. For bulk, it needs around 25 to 45 days to proceed.
Q7: Do you accept OEM/ODM ?
A7: Yes. We offer the quotation according to the quantity.
Q8: Is the customized pattern unique to us ?
A8: We ensure your pattern will be kept secretly and we can sign confidential agreement.

A9: It depends on the quantity of the sample. If you want meter sample, it can be delivered within 2 -7 days.
