01 Damaged or missing goods
We will properly pack each product. In case of damage during transportation, please contact the customer service in time, and we will verify and timely reissue. In case of less delivery, we will help you reissue the product. The freight for reissue will be borne by us.

02 About delivery
Orders that are normally paid before 17:00 will be sent before 20:00 that night, within 72 hours. If there is a customized order or a large number of orders, the delivery time will be negotiated, and the arrival time will be subject to the delivery of the express company.

03 About products
All products are taken in kind. Due to different camera angles, optical fibers and monitors, product pictures may have color differences. Please choose carefully if you can't accept color differences. The light color can be adjusted freely, and the light dust can also be cleaned well.

04 About express delivery
The company will uniformly arrange the delivery, and will not accept the designated express delivery. If you need individual express delivery, please contact the customer service separately. Sorry for the inconvenience!
