A: We are very pleased to provide samples for you to test as long as you are willing to pay for the samples and delivery. However the sample cost is refundable when you place an actual order of above 1000pcs. For customers we have cooperated already, we are happy to provide a couple of FREE samples as well.

A: Firstly we are a professional manufacturer of wireless audio products for more than 10 years. We have our own R&D team, strict quality control system from A-Z. We can provide tailored OEM&ODM cusomtization service for you. Second, our facroty is ISO9001, BSCI, Sedex 4P approved, production quality and leadtime is guranteed.

A: Yes, We respect the value of intellectual Property and all our products are patents registered in China. And we provide market protection for you so you don't have to worry about other competitors who sell at lower price for the same products.
Q: How soon can you finish samples and formal orders?
A: It usually take 1~5 days to prepare samples and 25~30 days to finish order of 10,000pcs according to our current production schedule.
Q: Can I have my brand name printed on the products and packaging?
A: Yes, we can print or engrave your brand logo on the products. For the manual and Packagings, we can also do customization for you.
Q: Do you have all the necessary certification for products?

A: We accept T/T, Paypal, West union, Escrow, Trade assurance order, cash etc. For Actual orders, We will need 30%~50% down payment to initiate the order, and the balance should be done before shipment, after your inspection of course.
