Description
MAIN FEATURES
1.The eps machine adopts PLC and touch screen for automatic mould opening,mould closing,material feeding,steaming,temperature keeping,air cooling,de-moulding and ejecting;
2.The machine sets up high-pressure blower for suction the material;adopts penetration of theory forming and the cycle of
comvection cooling,low moisture content.
3.The machine is welded from high-quality profile steel,which is subjected to heat treatment,ensuring high strength of the machine without deformation,and possibility of bearing the expansion force of the high-density product;
4.Adopting advanced moulding technique,the machine is applicable to produce blocks of high-density and low-density and can ensure same quality of inside and outside block;

1.Block conveying line and electronic weighing scale for the machines is optional;
2.With digital rotary coder to adjust mould size automatically,it is optional;
