Galvanized steel coil
Galvanized steel coil is immersed in a molten zinc bath to coat the surface with a layer of zinc. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in the galvanizing tank, and the galvanized steel plate is melted with zinc. This steel sheet is also made by hot dip method, but is heated to around 500°C immediately after it comes out of the tank, forming an alloy coating of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.
