KIMKOO JK-AS3 Pocket Spring Glue Machine Line
Application:
The machine can work with 3 pocket spring machines to form an efficient production line. Moreover, this fully auto pocket spring assembling machine can glue the pocket springs orderly and closely.It avoids the trouble of buckling the springs and illogical use of the pocket springs. That is to say if you connect the pocket springs with buckles, it will make them too firmness and the springs cannot take the independent effect.

* Can applicable to cylindrical and barrel shape spring.
* High speed gluing machine, operating speed can reach 15 rows/min.
* Can adapt to spring heat treatment devices with different heights, with convenient adjustment
* Use non-woven feeder system, can save materials and labor
* Non woven fabrics can be glued on top or bottom, or the both sides
* Parallel or nest gluing are available.
* Continuous or intermittent gluing are optional, save glue.
* Equipped with special protective devices
* Easy to operate and maintain.
