Single Facer is the main machine for producing the corrugated paperboard , make monolayer corrugated board from flat craft paper , the first stage for semi auto 3/5/7 layer corrugated paperboard production line.

The main structure for Single facer group and working principle:
This line including paper mill roll stand ,single facer machine and sheet cutter machine
Step one : Install craft paper on mill roll stand



Step two : Get single face corrugated paperboard from single facer machine , production process
1)Heat the corrugated layer by heating shaft
2)Make the flat paperboard to corrugated board by corrugated shaft
3)Gluing top wave by glue shaft and make this two pieces paper to monolayer


Step three:Cut to the size you want by sheet cutter machine(horizontal and vertical cutting)
Step Four : Make single face corrugated paper to 3/5/7 layer corrugated paper by glue machine
Step Five : Press the paperboard and make it firmly
