Description

 

1. The cutter shaft is imported from Taiwan, with a diameter of 180mm and a combination of 9 rotary tool rest.

2. The second and third units adopts eccentric roller structure, which can realize the whole adjustment of both ends of the roller body at the same time (manual), without displacement error.

3. The circumference of the abrasive belt is 2620mm, which makes the heat dissipation of the sand belt and sand plate good, and effectively prolongs the service life of the sand belt.

4. Adding automatic edge finding compensation system to reduce the swing frequency of the sand belt to 4-6 times/min, so that the sand trail is straight instead of S-type, and improve the effect of the top coating.

5. The belt is equipped with an automatic rectifying system to prevent the belt from running off due to the bell mouth.

6. Equipped with sanding belt cleaning device, which can extend the service life of sand belt by 20-30%.

7. Equipped with conveyor belt cleaning system, which can effectively ensure the surface clean, save manual cleaning.
