Yingtai Craft Grain Malt PLC Roaster with Uniform Roasting was designed for special malt production. The batch size is 200kg/batch.This roasting system can produce Biscuit, Crystal, Caramel, and Chocolate across the spectrum of SRM - from 10 to 600+.

Features:
1. Material: The key components are made of high temperature materials.
2. Processing capacity: 200kh/batch, 500kg/batch, 1000kg/batch
3. Fuel Type: Diesel, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas.
4. The entire system is full-automatic with PLC, includes Water spray device, Italian Riello burner and Siemens screen.
5. With precise control of time and temperature, it can ensures uniform roasting for each batch.The process parameters and can be modified, stored and printed.
6. With return air device, high-temperature gas can be used for the second time.
