We have four branch factories: webbing factory, dyeing factory, sewing factory and assembly Factory. The webbing factory has a production workshop of more than 2, 000 square meters, more than 100 large-scale automatic rope and webbing machines. The dyeing factory is also about 2, 000 square meters, which has environmental certificate. The sewing factory is more than 1, 000 square meters, more than 30 sewing machines. The assembly factory has 200-300 people.
Our company has complete environmental protection facilities, a complete management system, complete production chain from product development and design to sample making, mold making, dyeing, printing, sewing, and assembly. Therefore, we have reduced production costs, improved product quality, and improved production efficiency.
Our main products include various lanyards, ropes, webbing(nylon/polyester/polypropylene/cotton), luggage straps, Velcro tape, elastic band, pet collar,harness&lead, velvet bag, belts, wax cord and heart rate monitor armband.
