The new X3D-200 dust collector is specially developed for metal 3D printing. Metal 3D printing manufactures workpieces by laser sintering powder molding, the finer the powder, the better the performance and appearance of the workpiece printed. The diameter of metal 3D printing metal powder consumables is only a few microns to tens of microns, which is flammable and explosive when cleaning.
This equipment is a pulse backflushing industrial dust collector developed in combination with environmental protection emission requirements, the filter cartridge is humidified and has the characteristics of large air volume, good cleaning effect, stability and reliability, and small footprint. Dust collectors are used for dust and particle collection,whether for air pollution control or as part of production process equipment, with high filtration efficiency and the ability to work continuously.
