If you need to purchase customized products, we need to know the following information:
1. The size of the product, as well as the specific data, including plane or three-dimensional drawings, if there is no drawing, the actual sample is required to determine the details.
2. Determine the type of rubber you need. If you are not sure which rubber you need, then we need to know the environment in which the product is used and the specific needs when using it. For example: temperature
during use, whether oil resistance is required, wear resistance is required, etc. In this way, we can determine the specific type of glue to use.
3. The quantity purchased, we need to know the quantity purchased to determine the size of the mold to match the
production capacity. and provide a suitable price.
4. When the price is accepted, the customer pays the mold fee, and then we start to make the mold.
5. After the mold is made, make a sample for the customer to determine whether the product size and other
aspects are available, and to confirm that the mass production is correct; if there is a problem, make corresponding
modifications, and then sample again, and then mass production after final confirmation.
6. The customer pays the payment for the product, and we will deliver the product after the mass production is completed.
