PACKING: 20kg/drum and 200kg/drum
Application: WD8262A/B is a two-component, 100% solid content polyurethane laminating adhesive. It is widely used in laminating of various treated film like OPP, CPP, PA, PET, PE, Aluminium film etc. It is suitable to 121℃ retorting resistant packaging such as PET/AL/PA/RCPP and PA/RCPP. It has short curing time, good leveling performance and appearance, and it can improve smoothness of PE and CPP
USAGE: Suitable for Any type of solvent less laminating machine
Mix ratio by weight: WD8118A : WD8118B = 100:75 (65 - 85)
(Note: The mix proportion of A/B is only the advice we probided. Please choose the suitable proportion according to operating environment, material, performance requirement and so on. Please test and affirm before formal production.)
Coating weight: 1.0g/m2 - 2.0g/m2 （adjust depending on the laminating material and requirement)Laminating temperature: 20 - 40℃ (This is only the recommend laminating temperature, the customer should be adjusted according to the actual need of the different structure.)
Pot life ：≥ 30min
Cure time : 24 to 72 hours (at 35 - 50℃ ,RH > 30%)
Cleaning soblvent: Ethyl Acetate etc.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature and protect from moisturing to keep the shelf life of material longer and indefinite.
