Instructions for USE
Please use the Micro USB cable in the package to connect the product with adapter to get power, then place the centre part of QI-enable smart phone to the charging position on the product.(the receiver is usually on the centre part of the phone)

1.Check if the cable connect well and check if the USB port working
2.Check if use the proper adapter with 9V/2A
3.Check if the phone case contains metallic material
Q2. The charging ceased or do not reach 100% complete.
1.Please make sure the adapter is standard 9V/2A
2.Please make sure the phone wireless receiver is right on the charging spot of the product
