Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
Ada: We are the set design, development, production, sale and service of industry and trade-oriented company, our factory is in Foshan city, Guangdong Province.
Q2. How many years are you in printing and packaging field?
Ada: more than 30 years.
Q3. What is the machine warranty?
Ada: One year. After the warranty, we still can provide technical support on line and spare parts when customer needs our help.
Q4. What is the production time while placing order?
Ada: About 7-15 days. Different model have different production time.
Q5. What is the delivery time?
Ada: About 5-15 days after receive the deposit.
Q6. Can your company handle shipping for customers?
Ada: Yes. Please tell us your destination port, we can check the freight and arrange shipping for your order.
Q7. Do you inspect the finished products before packing?
Ada: Yes, we will debug the machine and do running test before packing it, we will send machine photos and running test video to
customer. If customer want to test his own boxes, can send them to us for running test or we make box samples here according to customer’s request for running test.
Q8. Does the packing strong?
Ada: Yes, all of our export packing is with strong wood shelf or wood pallet.
Q9. Do you have stock product to sell?
Ada: We don’t have machine in stock, usually our machines need 7-15 days to manufacture, and there are many orders from China and foreign countries, so we need time to custom one for you and your order will be highly attentioned to manufacture.
Q10. What's the payment term?
Ada: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. We also accept payment by L/C at sight.
