 AFX series horizontal feeding dry granulator is a kind of raw material powder pre-pressure conveying-roller compression molding-extrusion granulation equipment integrated into one granulation equipment. It has the characteristics of simple process, large production batch, easy cleaning and maintenance. Can be widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. Especially suitable for granulation of materials that are easy to decompose and fail or agglomerate in case of humidity and heat (particles made by dry granulation mechanism can be directly tableted or filled with capsules).

1. The horizontal equidistance forced screw feeding is adopted, and the material is forced to pre-press, and the speed is continuously adjustable.
2. The pressure roller is arranged vertically, and the surface of the pressure roller is specially treated
3. The main transmission adopts adjustable hydraulic support to ensure the pressure stability and uniform density of the pressing process.
