WINTAI Tech. DC power socket series has more than 200 models, rated current up to 10A, center pin diameter range from 0.5 to 5.5mm, and small package size, height as low as 3mm, width as small as 4.2mm. And provide a variety of mounting methods, such as surface mounting type, through hole type, sink plate type optional. Wintai DC jack is ideal for supplying DC power to a variety of household and portable electronics as well as other electronic products.

Performance Specification
In general, the center pin diameter range is from 0.5 to 5.5mm. We commonly use 0.65mm, 1.0mm, 1.3mm, 2.1mm and 2.5mm. And the DC plug out diameter is from 2.0mm to 7.9mm.
Normally, the current rating is 1.5A, 20 VDC. But some metal shell DC power connectors are rated up to 10A 30VDC, which is suitable for some special electrical equipments. Wentai Tech. DC jack has a wide range of products to suit different design needs.

(1) Shunt terminal, is made of tin plated brass. (2) The cover, is made of nylon. (3) Tip spring, is made of phosphor brass. (4) Center pin terminal, is made of tin plated brass. (5) Housing, is made of PBT. (6) Center pin , is made of Ni plated coper alloy.
