2) Q: What's the port of loading?
A: Shenzhen, Guangzhou

3) Q: How is your packing?
A: Fumigated wooden crates ( foam and plastic film inside) with plastic tapes outsides, further strengthened with iron sheet in the corner. Individual carton packing or customized packing is available.

4) Q: What's your sample policy and sample lead time?
A: Samples are free. Freight negotiate. The lead time 1~3 days.

5) Q: What's your MOQ?
A: NO MOQ. no project too big or too small for us, with decades experience, ensure timely delivery. 

6) Q: What is the process of the orders?
A: Before order, we will send samples for confirm.

    Before production, we will provide CAD drawings for confirm.

    During the production, we will update the video and photoes for reference.

    After goods ready, we will provide inspect report and pictures for comfirm.

    Also we can talk online to see the production.

A:  By T/T, 30% deposit, balance before delivery.

8) Q: What's your production lead time?
A: Normally lead time is around 3-4 weeks, Faster lead time is available upon confirmation.

9) Q: What about shipping mark?
A: Normally are neutral shipping mark, or customer provide shipping mark to us. 

10) Q: Can you customized colors?

Yes, we can free custom the color according your samples, takes 3-7 days. 

11) Q: How to install?

A: We will provide easy understanding video to show how to install the countertops, sink, accessories etc. 

12) Q: Do you provide cabinet, sink, faucets? 

A: We are quartz stone factory, only produce quartz stone products directly. But we have many customers ( reliable furniture, cabinet factories ) can provide cabinet, closet, door, sinks, faucets etc. if needed, we can recommend, for the details you need to talk with them directly.
