Product Description: Jointseal is hot applied joint sealant. It composed of synthetic rubber, resin, additive, asphalt and selected grade filler. Excellent properties for horizontal concrete joint especially road, highway and bridge joints. Siz2 18KG Color: Black. How to use : Pour jointseal immediately after melt. Working with in 2 – 3 hours. Setting time is approximate 4 to 5 hours before open to traffic.

Aplication and Installation: Preaparing Concrete joint must be clean and dry free from oil, dust, particles. It is recommended to apply Joint Primer to achieve good bonding.
Melt Jointseal together with the wrap plastic in an oil jacket melter. Control oil temperature not higher than 240ºC and control sealant temperature not higher than 170ºC. Make sure sealant is homogeneous and ready to pour. Jointseal immediately after melt. Working with in 2 – 3 hours. Setting time is approximate 4 to 5 hours before open to traffic.
