Equipment introduction
1.Spary retort consists of horizontal tank, heat exchanger, circulating water pump, cooling water pump, pipeline and various and automatic control system. There is water showering, side spray, top spray and all angles spary. Softened water recycle and saving.
2. Hot water downwards from tank and inject onto food surface. Disperse cold air cloud inside of tank to ensure the temperture uniform with on cold air cloud and free of dead angle.
3.Temperture rising and cooling process curve divided into several steps under plate or tube heat exchangers work,Temperture evenly uniformed among basket center and surface.
4.Entirely automatic interface system with visual moniroring control PCL+HMI enhance better effect of automated operation.

Water Spray Retort

In the process of food high-temperature sterilization, the main object of sterilization is Bacillus botulinum, which can produce toxin that can cause fatal injury to human body. It belongs to thermophilic anaerobic bacteria. It will lose biological activity in three minutes at 121 ℃ and six hours at 100 ℃. Of course, the higher the temperature, the shorter the survival time. Through scientific detection, it is more suitable to sterilize at 121 ℃, at this time, the package has good heat resistance, and the taste of food is also better. When the F value of the food center reaches 4 at 121 ℃, the Bacillus botulinum will not be detected in the food, which meets the requirements of commercial sterility.
