Packaging

After QC check ok the products. The packing worker will put the scooter into sealed bag+foam+paper box+carton to avoid any damage for scooter.

Shipping

Available Express(TNT,EMS,UPS,DHL,Fedex) is ok for shipping. The leadtime is about 7-9days. It is depending on Express company.
Air and sea shipping is welcome too.

1.What's the mini order?
MOQ is 50pcs for FOB trade term and one piece or more for Exw trade term.

2.How long is the delivery time?
leading time is 2days for a sample, 5days for 50pcs order and 10days for 200pcs order.

3.How about warranty ?
we can offer the one year warranty service for product and half year warranty service for battery under the standard operation.

4.How about the shipping ?
We can arrange to ship the container or you may have the forwarder.

We have some kinds of payment. Such as paypal, T/T, L/C, expected payment is 30% deposit balance paid before shipment.
