alkaline water ionizer 7 plates electrolysis cell SPE H2 cell 1200ml/min

     SPE/PEM technology electrolysis cell, use world advanced Proton Exchange Membrane technology, only use little electricity and pure water, to produce pure hydrogen gas. No need to add KOH. We mainly produce five types now, round shape cell have: SPE-90 small cell with H2 flow 0--90ml/min, SPE-300: H2 flow 0--300ml/min and SPE-600:0--600ml/min. SPE-1200plus  round type and SPE-2000plus round cell. Square shape cell have: SPE-600plus: 0--600ml/min, SPE-1200plus: 0--1200ml/min and SPE-2000plus with H2 flow 0--2000ml/min. It is widely be used in Hydrogen generator, people breath and rich hydrogen water to drink etc. 

1. Larger diameter: 136mm & 144mm. Much larger than others.

Inside reaction PEM membrane: 100mm diameter.

2. Electrodes and micro pore panel, water diversion plate: all use 100% Titanium 1 Metal.

3. Single membrane cell voltage< DC 2.5V !

4. Membrane catalyst coating technology: Chemical Precipitation Method.

One membrane, two sides both use Pt(Platinum) metal.

One membrane need 2 days for making catalyst inside of membrane slowly by slowly.

To treat such long time, catalyst already osmosis inside of membrane. Very firm, not easy fall off. Even use your fingernail scrape, you will not get catalyst off.

This is the important reason why our cell can be used for 5--10 year

5. Cell lifetime: Lifetime more than 20000 hours, normally can use 5--10 years.
