PU PVC Belt Vulcanizing Press for Thermoplastic Belt Splice

This air cooled press has all components integrated into one tool, which makes the machine plugged in easily and ready for work. Fast and Portable Splicing, you can bring it to anywhere easily. 

Feature:

 This air cooled press is a integral solution, used for splice of thermoplastic conveyor belts (e.g.: PVC, PU, etc.) .  There is no need to use external control box, air pump or cooling water tank. It’s equipped with electrical heating function, incorporated air cooling system into the press design. The splicing process is implemented full-automatically.

l Splicing pressure is produced by interior compressor, maximum pressure 0.2MPa (200KPa);

l The maximum heating splice temperature: 200°C (392℉);

l Maintain a constant splice temperature (temperature holding time is adjustable.);

l Cool down to cooling temperature (this cooling temperature is one value that allows to take out the conveyor belt safely.)

l If the belt is thick, it’s able to use preheating temperature and preheating temperature holding time;

l Through setting, it’s able to make the bottom temperature lower or higher than top temperature.

The PA series air cooled press has different models for different width from 60″ (1525 mm) to 84″ (2135 mm).

     A:  Our machines are in famous domestic and foreign customers. And main products are conveyor belt vulcanizes, conveyor belt sectional vulcanize, conveyor belt splice machine, conveyor belt repair machine and other rubber machine.

4. Q:  How does your factory do regarding quality control?

     A:  Quality is priority and we have our own quality control department. We will make a strict inspecting before the machines leave the factory.

     A:  Basically, each model corresponding to the related machine. But we can design different type machine according to the client’s requirement.
