AWFS10-15 dead sick animial burning incinerator machine
The main technology of the sick and dead pig incinerator is high temperature pyrolysis and gasification technology. The sick and dead pigs are sent into the primary combustion chamber, and the combustion is controlled by the ignition thermometer. According to the principle of combustion three T (temperature, time, vortex), in the primary combustion chamber Pyrolysis and combustion, the flue gas after combustion enters the secondary combustion chamber and is incinerated at high temperature to make the combustion more thorough. Until the flue gas reaches the standard and is discharged into the atmosphere. The ash produced after combustion is taken out manually and transferred to landfill. Our incinerators have a high degree of automation, can automatically adjust the size of the fire, save fuel, have low failures, and are easy to maintain. The excellent ventilation system keeps the furnace body in a negative pressure state and operates safely. Use high temperature refractory material to make it burn more evenly.
