Concrete or mortar defoaming agent/mortar defoamer is a powder defoamer of non-ionic surfactants for cement and gypsum based dry-mixed mortar mix. It is with characters of easy dispersed, quickly anti-foamed, high stability, adaptability. It has better performance in bubble prohibition.
Powder defoamer is able to defoam microbubbles in producing building materials and the mortar can has excellent durability and shear stability and strength.

The new type of defoamer independently developed by us is a powder defoamer based on polyether polyol amorphous silicon compound and inorganic carrier.There are mainly two models: DA-04 and DA-05.
This series of defoamers can prevent the formation of foam and effectively break the foam. This product has excellent foam control performance and can improve surface leveling performance.
The product should be dry-blended with the other dry ingredients at a minimal dosage of 0.1% to 0.2% by total weight of components. The actual dosage should be determined through suitable tests prior to production and application.

Storage condition: No more than 12 months under condition 5-35°C, dry and cool. Prevent direct sunlight, moisture and be pressed for caking. When it is more than 12 months, it still could be used if there is no caking.
