 The size and color can be customized. We suggest user to choose the color according to our              webpage or catalogue, as this will be the most quick way, also those materials are normally in stock.

 2.Can you print my picture or logo on the product?

 Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the products. You can offer the picture in any format  made by Photoshop or Coredraw. Cost depends on color and size and amont. Free for big amount.

 3.What is your products material?

 Our Stretch tents are basically made of the Best Bedouin stretch material, which is the elastic fabric, double side coated with PU, and its 4-ways spandex material. Waterproof, UV resistant. Can meet with the EN and ASTM standard.

We also provide the Lycra material stretch tent as only sunshade option, which is not waterproof.

 4.Whats included in the package?

 Normally our Luxury tent includes the Bedouin Cover, heavy duty bags, Aluminum Poles, Stainless stakes and clips, also the heavy duty ropes etc. Other things like ground sheet etc. it is optional. 

 5.What kind of guarantee you can give?

 The guarantee is 1 year for tent cover, and 2 years for the metal parts.

 With the proper operation, our tents can be used for 5-10 years. The metal parts like aluminum or stainless parts, will never rust at all.
