Silicone Foam dressing is a highly absorbent dressing made from hydrophilic polyurethane foam, ideally designed for heavily exuding wounds. The soft flexible foam absorbs large amount drainage, ensures patients comfort; the top backing film protect wounds against external bacterial.

Composition&Appearance | Surface: thickness 0.022mm-0.028 mm complexion polyurethane film; Sub-surface: superabsorbent fiber, weight ≥60g/m2; The third layer: nonwoven fabric gloss weight≥30 g/m2; The fourth layer: PU foam, thickness 2.5mm-3.5 mm, the weight which PU foam pad absorb seepage fluid from the wound ≥ 5 times original pad weight; The fifth layer: silicone gel, Adhesive≥100g/m2; Back: PE release film, thickness 0.045-0.055mm; Each finished dressing should be neatly cut, even adhesive coated; All finished dressings to be clean and neat, be free of dirt, burr, and other pollutions. |
