RY EasyAxi Manual Chromatographic Column
RY EasyAxi manual sanitary chromatographic column is designed for purification process of biological products with GMP grade. It covers almost all the chromatographic medias in biology-pharmacy industry, as well as available for pilot production and large- scale production. The chromatographic column is designed with compact structure, stable performance, easy operation and strong universality. Because of the advanced design ideas, the chromatographic column is capable of matching various chromatographic systems, especially when cooperating with the purification process platform which constructed by iBio chromatographic system, it is able to extend the pilot production and offers a great convenience for the production.

• The pressure-resistant capacity of the column contains 3Bar and 6Ba, that matching almost all the low pressure media.
• Suitable for the media in affinity, ion exchange, gel filtration, hydrophobic interaction, mixing and etc.
• All components that contact with solutions are made by biocompatible materials, and the materials certifications are available.
• Use T type sanitary clamps for all joints.
• Sealed by imported air seal ring for all the column that bigger than 300mm.
• The piston distribution system and outlet diversion trench are sanitary designed, not only to ensure the sealing, but also to ensure complete cleaning without any dead angle, as well as exhausted automatically.
