Greenconn's RAST IDC products have many options for customization, such as locking mechanisms, position and keying systems, and color code systems. This electrical connector is designed to be connected to the conductor of an insulated cable while also providing specially designed connection points that cut through the cable housing to make a better connection with the wire in the cable. The products can mate to each other either directly or indirectly. Through direct mating, the female sockets are no longer required. Through Multiple Position Connectors the number of components required can be reduced. It can also save space and reduce costs.
