Sample lead time: 3-7 working days

3. How do we carry out quality control?
There are more than 20 processes to making a fan, our production procedure follow ISO9001:2008, we need to control every process well.
1) Bearing: NMB from Japan which will ensure the working life.
2) IC\\Mos and other electronic components, our suppliers include ROHM \\IR \\DALLAS \\Feeling Technology, and other famous brands.
3) Life testing, all of our projects will testing more than 1 year in such a environment: temperature is 60°C, voltage is more than 20%(such as: 24V, the testing voltage is 28V), and the power restarts every 2 minutes.
4) We have experiences of making high quality fan for more than 10 years, all of our fans can work more than 50000H in normal condition with dual ball bearing. 30000H with sleeve bearing.
5) All of our fans will be tested at least twice when they are in the product line, like current\\speed\\noise\\wave form and others, and 5-10% will be on random inspection.
