a. The overall machine welded by profile steel, both reduce the weight of machine, also can meet the rigidity.

b. Precision transmission adopts linear square rail pinion and rack.

c. Mobile mechanism driven by servo motor; Linear square rail orient, smooth operation.

d. The welding seams are good in appearance, high in welding quality and production efficiency, simple and convenient in operation, which has improved both the efficiency and quality.

e. Make sure that the welding of a circumferential seam completed in one operation.

f. Welding requirements: First need finish the inner girth welding. Make sure welding area have no burr, solder joints, oil, rust and other which can affect the welding quality. Interface gap should be uniform. Make sure have no misalignment, tooth edge defects, etc.

g Workpiece butt joint gap must be less than 10% of the thickness.
