Large Alcohol Recovery Tower/Stainless Steel Ethanol Recovery Tower/Methanol Ethanol Distillation Unit/Distillation Tower is applicable to the alcohol recovery in pharmaceutical,food,chemical and light industries. It can reduce production cost and enhance economic benefits. The device can distill the dilute alcohol of 30-50% to 90-50%. For finished alcohol with high requirements on concentration,the reflux ratio can be increased,resulting in lower output of finished products. The alcohol concentration of residue is not higher than 3°.It is a device special for alcohol recovery.
The alcohol recovery tower adopts highly-effective ceramic or stainless steel corrugated padding material.The parts that contact the alcohol,such as tower body,condenser,pressure stabilizer tank and cooling pipe etc.,are all made of stainless steel to ensure that the finished alcohol is free of pollution. The tower kettle adopts dismountable U type pipe,so as to facilitate the cleaning of the external heating wall and internal wall of distilling kettle.
